The house

The home sleeps six in three king bedrooms. Open-concept living and dining spaces have high coffered ceilings, picture windows overlooking the golf course, comfortable seating and a dining table for six. The fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine.

The primary bedroom has a ceiling fan, split air conditioning and lanai access with mountain and golf views. Its ensuite includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Both guest bedrooms have king beds, ceiling fans, split air conditioning, lanai access, mountain views and ensuite full bathrooms.

A covered lanai offers lounge seating and outdoor dining overlooking the golf course. The home also has a landscaped private yard, a private outdoor shower and a barbecue grill. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, smart television and satellite or cable television are provided. Beach towels, chairs, mats, an umbrella and a cooler are available; additional beach equipment rentals carry a charge.

Guests have access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club amenities, including its pool, gym, tennis and pickleball facilities. A community hot tub is also advertised. Nearby destinations include Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Bay Golf Course, Spouting Horn Blowhole, Allerton Garden, Kukuiula Shopping Center and Poipu Shopping Village.
