The 68 sqm home occupies three floors on a crescent-shaped street of Victorian houses. Its interiors combine original Victorian features with Bloomsbury Group-inspired furnishings and bold colours influenced by Luke Edward Hall and Duncan Campbell. Artworks include pieces by Duncan Grant, Mark Entwistle and Mychael Barratt; the home has featured in films and advertisements.

The sitting room and bathroom are on the same level, with a roll-top bathtub in the bathroom and a shower among the facilities. Stairs lead down to the kitchen, dining room and private garden. Both bedrooms are on the uppermost level: the main bedroom has one super king-size bed, and the second has one king-size bed. The second bedroom has no chest of drawers; a hanging rail with shelf dividers is provided.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, TV and piano. Smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. Free internet is available.

Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard offer nearby restaurants, bars and boutiques, and the nearby canal offers a place to stroll. The home is directly above King's Cross Underground Station, and trains can be heard and felt throughout the home. There is no air-conditioning; fans are provided in every bedroom between May and September and can be requested outside that period.
