What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 to 24:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
How many guests can stay at the villa?
The villa accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool for guests' exclusive use during the stay. The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
Key amenities include a kitchen and pool. Additional amenities may be available on the property page.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in. The specific policy should be reviewed during booking.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
