The villa has a living room with a sofa, dining table and large equipped kitchenette, plus a separate small lounge with a sofa. Three spacious bedrooms each have a queen-size double bed. Both bathrooms have a shower and bidet, and one is ensuite.
Outside are a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue, a gazebo and a veranda with a dining table. The kitchenette includes an oven, dishwasher and fridge. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.
A nearby local railway has slow, sporadic trains, approximately one per hour during the daytime, with limited noise. Brindisi airport is a 50-minute drive away, and Bari international airport is 100 km away.
