House rules
No smoking; pets are not admitted; parties and events are not allowed. A €70 end-of-stay cleaning charge per booking applies, as does a concierge service fee of 10% of the booking. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Linen is optional: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a small and large towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. Bed linen is complimentary for one night. Ordered linen is supplied for the stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Contact the reception agency one week before arrival to communicate the arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be arranged with the agency.
Getting there
The home is in the heights of Pornic’s historic centre. The Halles market and nearby shops are 500 m away; the historic centre is 750 m away. The old port is 750 m away. Noëveillard and Source beaches are 1.8 km away. Street parking is public.
