House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; request check-in outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor with no lift access. Stairs lead to the main living level, and another flight leads to the private rooftop terrace.
