Located on the second floor (no lift), the apartment features a bright dual-aspect sitting room with large windows, a comfortable sofa (which converts to a double bed for one extra guest), TV and raised dining area. The adjoining kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped with modern conveniences including a dishwasher, oven, hob and a Quooker tap providing hot, cold and sparkling water. The master bedroom offers a double bed with cleverly designed built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and loo.

The second bedroom, decorated in a soft powder blue, has twin beds and a wardrobe. A family bathroom with shower over bath, sink and loo completes the layout. A washer and tumble dryer are conveniently located just off the corridor.
