The 65 sqm apartment has high, ornate ceilings and period features. The bedroom has two chests of drawers and built-in storage. Double doors connect it to the bathroom, which has a freestanding claw-foot bathtub, walk-in shower, sink and WC.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for four, sofa, armchair, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a large fireplace. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A utility and pantry area houses a washer/dryer. Glass doors open onto a private garden with outdoor seating and a separate studio workspace. Central heating, towels, bed linen, toiletries, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Kensal Green station is approximately a seven-minute walk away, with Bakerloo Line trains to Oxford Circus in 18 minutes and Lioness Line trains to Euston in 16 minutes. Kensal Rise station is equally close, with Mildmay Line trains to Hampstead Heath in 11 minutes, Camden Town in 19 minutes and Kew Gardens in 19 minutes. Chamberlayne Road's independent shops, delis and cafés are under a five-minute walk away.
