This 120 sqm home occupies two floors and has three bathrooms. The entrance-level sitting room features abstract artwork, a sofa and an old chest used as a coffee table. The main bedroom has a double bed and a contemporary ensuite, with another bathroom nearby.

Stairs descend to the second bedroom, which has a double bed and leads to another bathroom and an outdoor terrace. Opposite is an open-plan living area with an antique dining table seating six and a kitchen with black glossy worktops. A second sitting room leads through a traditional conservatory to glass doors opening onto a private pebbled garden.

Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue grill, television, towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. Free internet is available.

There is no air conditioning. Fans are provided in each bedroom from May through September and can be requested outside that period. The second bedroom has a hanging rail rather than a wardrobe. The pictured gas hob is out of use; a temporary gas hob is available.
