House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
Kennett River Beach is a five-minute walk away, passing Kennett River Store on the way. The property relies on tank water. Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
