The kitchen includes electric cooking, a microwave, refrigerator and toaster. A large front deck has outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, with a grassy area in front of the house. Two front bedrooms have sea views. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. Heating, hot water and a smoke detector are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.

No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
