The house

The two-bedroom, two-bath villa has Pacific Ocean views, direct lawn access and a wrap-around lanai with outdoor dining and lounge seating beside the lava-rock coastline. The open-plan living and dining area has two walls of sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai, tropical furnishings, an indoor dining table and a large smart TV with satellite or cable television.

The remodeled kitchen has quartz countertops, bamboo cabinetry, appliances and a breakfast bar seating four. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes and utensils.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, ocean and garden views and direct lanai access. The guest bedroom has mountain views. Ceiling fans are provided throughout the villa, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and a full-size washer and dryer. Linens, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are supplied. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, mats and an umbrella.

Shared resort facilities include an oceanfront swimming pool, three tennis courts, an outdoor volleyball court and multiple barbecue areas within landscaped, gated grounds. The villa has free parking and a private entrance. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and outdoor lighting.

Kahalu‘u Beach Park and Keauhou Shopping Center are within walking distance. Kona Country Club golf, fishing charters, Ali‘i Drive cafés and shops, and Kailua Pier are a short drive away. A car is not necessary.
