Keauhou Kai C301 sleeps six across two king bedrooms and an open sleeping loft. The top-floor setting has no unit overhead, vaulted ceilings, and a wall of windows opening the great room to a wide west-facing lanai with golf-course, ocean and sunset views. The lanai has lounge seating, an outdoor dining table and a grill.

The open main level combines a fully equipped kitchen, a long dining table and a living area with a 75-inch television. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and cooking utensils, plus a coffee and blender bar. The primary bedroom has mountain-side windows, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second king bedroom is on the main level facing the green. The open loft overlooks the living room and has two queen futons, a desk and its own full bathroom.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning; the living, dining and loft areas share a wall unit, supplemented by ceiling and floor fans and jalousie windows. A washer, dryer, linens, hair dryer, iron, beach towels, boogie boards, cooler, umbrellas and beach toys are provided. The community grounds include a shared pool, hot tub and shaded pavilion beside the golf course.

A shopping center, movie theater and weekly farmers market are a few minutes away. Keauhou Bay is nearby, Kahalu'u is about a mile up the road, and Magic Sands is a short drive at 2.5 miles. Kona International Airport is roughly forty minutes north. The third-floor unit is reached by about a flight and a half of stairs, with no elevator. One assigned parking space is across from the entry, and overflow parking is available on request. A video doorbell covers the entry hallway. Self check-in and check-out are available.
