The great room has vaulted ceilings, a ten-person dining area and sliding glass doors opening to the lanai. The equipped kitchen includes premium appliances, an island seating six and a wine fridge. An outdoor kitchen provides a grill and sink.

The lanai overlooks the Pacific and golf course and includes a private infinity-edge pool, hot tub, firepit, covered seating and sun loungers. The home also has gardens and a private yard. Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided.

All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, central air conditioning, ocean and golf views, and lanai access. The primary bedroom and second guest bedroom each have indoor walk-in showers and private outdoor showers. A dedicated office provides additional sleeping accommodation, garden views, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A powder room is near the main living area.

High-speed Wi-Fi, a laundry room with washer and dryer, free parking, television and satellite or cable TV are available. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests do not have access to the private Club at Kukuiula.

Guests do not have access to the private Club at Kukuiula. The pool area is unfenced, and fragile decorative items are present throughout the home.
