The pool and sauna operate from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the gym is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Parque Metropolitano La Sabana is about a 5-minute walk away. The National Stadium is 1.5 km away, about a 20-minute walk through the park or 5 minutes by car. San José city center is about 4 km away by car. Juan Santamaría International Airport is about 17 km away and around 20 minutes by car without traffic; allow more time during peak hours.
