The 2,351-square-foot condo has a multi-level layout, five full bathrooms and views of the Misty Maiden run and San Joaquin Mountain Range. The lofted main living area has a wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. A private hot tub is on the deck.

The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, a deck with stairs providing ski access, and a private ensuite with a soaking tub/steam shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a TV and deck; the third bedroom has a TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and one sink.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. There is a dining table, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, heating, a smart TV, games and a BBQ area. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Garage parking is available for one car.

Shops and restaurants are accessible on foot in Mountain Village Core, and the gondola is steps away. Ski shuttle service is available. Long-term stays are allowed.

The condo has a multi-level layout, and the main bedroom deck has stairs for ski access. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. The gondola is steps away and may be audible. Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption in summer; contact the Reservation Team for current updates. Parking is limited to one car.

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of at least 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Long-term stays are allowed.
