The house

The townhome accommodates eight guests and has four bedrooms across two floors. The great room has soaring ceilings and retractable glass pocket doors opening to a covered lanai. A dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen has Viking appliances, a gas range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, granite countertops and storage, plus small appliances including a coffee maker, blender and rice cooker.

Each floor has a primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and lanai. The first-floor primary suite has pool views and an ensuite with a Jacuzzi tub and dual sinks; the upstairs primary has an ocean-and-sunset lanai. The first-floor guest bedroom has a queen bed, garden lanai and ensuite bathroom. The second-floor guest bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. Central air conditioning has three zones, and ceiling fans and a washer/dryer are provided.

The private garden has a heated pool, spa with a waterfall feature, outdoor shower, built-in BBQ, tiki torches and shaded lanai seating and dining areas. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Entertainment includes a smart TV, satellite or cable TV, stereo, DVD player and toys. A high chair is available.

Guests have access to Kauna'oa Country Club's infinity pool, hot tub, fitness center and Weiskopf Designs Group par-3 practice course. Optional privileges at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort require a daily fee and guest registration, covering hotel pools, fitness facilities, discounted golf and tennis, and restaurant and shop charging privileges. Resort spa services, kids programs, dining, shops and bar services carry additional charges. Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach are a 10–12-minute walk away. A car is recommended.
