## About the house

The home has three levels and seven bathrooms: six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top level has an open-plan great room, kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings, plus a king ensuite with deck access, a standing shower and a whirlpool tub. Four mid-level ensuite bedrooms have two king beds, two twin beds, and a twin-over-twin bunk set with a trundle respectively; each has a shower/tub combination, and one king ensuite has deck access. The mid-level also has laundry facilities and a hot tub on the deck.

The first level has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a standing shower, and a recreation room with a pool table and flat-screen TV. Its kitchenette includes a full-sized refrigerator and microwave.

Outside, the gated private pool area includes a cabana, poolside bar, surrounding trees and a fenced grassy area. Other facilities include a gas grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, streaming TV and five beach chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access.

The nearest beach access is a short walk away, and the heart of Duck is one mile away. Parking accommodates six vehicles. Arrivals and departures are scheduled for Sunday.

Ocean Crest Beach Access is a short walk away; the heart of Duck is one mile away. Parking is limited to six vehicles.
