The house

Built in 2022, this home accommodates up to eight guests in two bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has one king bed; Bedroom 2 has two double beds and two twin beds. The open great room has a soaring barn-style ceiling and a living area with two sofas.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, cabinetry and a backsplash. Meals can be shared at the breakfast bar or dining room table, or outdoors on the back deck with a gas grill. A backyard firepit provides space for evening gatherings. A washer/dryer, bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hot water are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi is available.

The home is a block and a half back from the ocean, with a beach access point two houses down from Breakers Avenue. Proposal Rock, Neskowin Beach Golf Course and the Ghost Forest offer nearby outings; Pacific City and Lincoln City are scenic-drive destinations.
