The property consists of a main villa and an independent annex on one level. It has an open-plan living area with kitchen and dining space, three double bedrooms with king-size beds, three ensuite bathrooms with showers, a terrace, pool, outdoor lounge, dining area and wood-fired oven. The grounds cover approximately one hectare and include native vegetation and fruit trees. The villa has high-performance thermal insulation and a photovoltaic system providing full energy autonomy for up to 24 hours.

The pool is approximately 3 m from the main building and 30 m from the annex. It measures 10 x 4 m, has a uniform depth of 1.60 m, Roman steps, lighting and salt-system purification. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.

The property is 5 km from Ostuni. Beaches near Rosamarina and Costa Merlata are less than 30 minutes away; listed beaches include Cala di Rosamarina and Spiaggia Pilone at 17 km, Torre Pozzelle at 18 km, Lido Onda Blu at 18 km and Costa Merlata at 19 km. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. Private parking is available for up to four cars.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Pets are accepted on request. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. An extra cleaning charge applies for animals.
