## About the house

The villa accommodates up to six guests. Its open living and dining area has comfortable seating and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto a private lanai. The lanai offers outdoor dining, loungers and views of Molokai, the fairways and sunsets.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, lanai access and garden views. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet and golf-course and lanai views. Both bedrooms have central air conditioning with thermostat control and ceiling fans. The living room has a queen sofa bed.

The remodeled kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender, ice machine, dishes and utensils. An in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, televisions, a safe, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers are provided. A starter supply of essentials varies by stay length. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Shared community facilities include four heated swimming pools, a hot tub, BBQ areas at each pool pavilion and walking paths through tropical landscaping. Kapalua Bay Beach, restaurants, shops and a scenic coastal trail are within walking reach. Napili Bay, DT Fleming Beach and Honolua Bay are a short drive away.

Parking has a one-car maximum; second-vehicle registration must be requested through Customer Support or the Property Manager at least 48 hours before arrival.

The property is smoke-free. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. A mandatory $230 mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 14 or more nights. If not collected during booking, it will be requested after booking and added to the reservation total. Beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.
