The house

This ground-level villa sleeps up to six guests and has a split layout with the primary suite in its own wing. Entry requires descending 20–25 steps. The open-plan living area has seating, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. Sliding doors open onto a covered lanai with outdoor dining and loungers, overlooking the fairway beyond a grassy buffer. The adjacent indoor dining area seats six.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and toaster oven. Breakfast-bar seating provides another place to eat.

Both bedrooms have king beds, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary suite has garden views and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has golf-course views and lanai access, with a full guest bathroom nearby.

High-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and a cooler are provided. The villa has central air conditioning, an assigned covered parking space and self check-in. Community facilities include four heated pools and BBQ grills. Kapalua Resort offers walking paths, golf, tennis, spa services and coastal trails connecting to Kapalua Bay Beach and Oneloa Bay. Kapalua Bay Beach, Napili Bay and DT Fleming Beach are short drives away; nearby dining includes Merriman’s Kapalua, Sea House and The Banyan Tree.
