The home accommodates six guests in three bedrooms and has an open-plan living area with a lounge and smart TV. Outside are two decks, a BBQ, alfresco dining, an enclosed yard and an outdoor shower near the private pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. An internal laundry includes a washer and dryer. Linen is provided. The home has a fireplace, split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity; one is the king bedroom's ensuite. Smoke alarms are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
