## About the house

The home accommodates six guests in three bedrooms and has an open-plan living area with a lounge and smart TV. Outside are two decks, a BBQ, alfresco dining, an enclosed yard and an outdoor shower near the private pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. An internal laundry includes a washer and dryer. Linen is provided. The home has a fireplace, split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity; one is the king bedroom's ensuite. Smoke alarms are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.

Pets are not allowed. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Peak-period conditions may include forced move-in days; consult the booking terms.
