A dining area seats four, and sliding doors open onto a covered lanai overlooking the fairways of Kona Country Club.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a private garden-side lanai. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan and access to an adjacent full bathroom; the living room also has access to that bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, upgraded appliances and a breakfast bar seating three. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine fridge, rice cooker, coffee grinder, blender, food processor, crockpot, kettle and toaster. Free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and a safe are provided. Entertainment includes television with satellite or cable, a DVD player and audio equipment.

Shared resort facilities include three ocean-facing swimming pools, a community hot tub, two resurfaced tennis courts, BBQ pavilions, gardens and landscaped walking paths.
