The house

Kanaloa at Kona 3304 has 1,746 square feet of living space, a vaulted great room with coastal décor and ocean-facing windows, and an indoor dining area for six. The covered lanai has unobstructed Heeia Bay views, dining for six, lounge seating and a wet bar, with sunset views from late fall through winter.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinetry and a breakfast bar. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, vaulted ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ocean views and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The upstairs loft suite has a king bed, Smart TV and a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower. All three sleeping rooms have ceiling fans and central air conditioning.

The condo includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, an in-unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and a cooler. A crib, pack and play, high chair, toys, television, DVD player and satellite or cable TV are available. Entry uses a smart lock, with self check-in and check-out. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting.

The gated resort has three shared swimming pools, including an oceanfront pool, shared hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ stations, tropical grounds, oceanfront pathways, ocean-view lounging areas and shoreline access. Parking is included and there are no resort fees. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.

Heeia Bay, Keauhou Bay, oceanfront trails and Keauhou Shopping Center are within walking access. Magic Sands Beach, Kahaluu Beach Park, Honl’s Beach, Banyan Beach surf break and Kailua-Kona dining and shops are a short drive away, as are coffee farms, scenic hikes and historic sites. Approximately 15 stairs lead to the private entry; a car is recommended.
