The house

The condo offers more than 1,746 square feet with vaulted ceilings, skylights, exposed beams and ocean views from the kitchen, living room and covered lanai. The lanai spans the length of the unit and has seating, a dining table, ceiling fan and wet bar. A wall of glass connects the living area to the lanai, with an adjacent indoor dining area.

The kitchen has granite counters and backsplash, koa cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a long seating bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge.

The primary bedroom has ocean and garden views, a vaulted ceiling, central air conditioning, ceiling fan and blackout drapes. The guest bedroom has partial ocean views, central air conditioning, ceiling fan and blackout drapes. The loft has ocean views and a vaulted ceiling. Three upgraded bathrooms have walk-in tile showers and granite vanities.

In-unit facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, smart TV with cable, washer and dryer, beach towels, linens and smart-lock entry. The 16-acre resort has three shared swimming pools, a community hot tub, lighted tennis courts, six barbecue areas, oceanside lounge spaces and walking paths. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

He‘eia Bay, shoreline paths, local cafés, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. Keauhou Shopping Center, Kona golf courses and historic Kona town are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Approximately 15 stairs lead to the main level, with additional stairs to the loft and third bathroom; there is no elevator.
