The house

The villa has vaulted wood-beam ceilings, an open-concept living area with a flat-screen TV, and sliding doors opening to a lanai. The indoor dining nook seats four. Private lanais provide outdoor dining and lounge seating with fairway and Pacific views.

The fully equipped kitchen features koa wood cabinetry, granite counters, modern appliances and a breakfast bar with pass-through seating. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine.

The loft-style primary suite has vaulted ceilings, a TV, lanai access, ocean and mountain views, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has lanai access and ocean and mountain views; the nearby guest bathroom has dual vanities and a shower/tub combination. Guest Bedroom 3 has garden views and a reading corner. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the villa, and an in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and cable/satellite TV are available.

The resort occupies 16 landscaped tropical acres with three shared swimming pools, hot tubs, two tennis courts, BBQ and picnic areas, oceanfront seating and walking paths. Beach towels are provided; beach gear is subject to availability, and beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

Keauhou Bay is within walking reach for kayaking, snorkeling and water sports. Kona Country Club, historic Kailua-Kona, Keauhou Shopping Center and Kona Coast beaches are a short drive away. Entry requires stairs, and a car is recommended.
