The house

The condo sleeps four, with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedroom has a mounted TV, a ceiling fan and access to the single full bathroom. The living room has rattan furniture and palm-print upholstery, and central air conditioning serves the condo throughout.

The granite kitchen has stainless appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. There is a dining area, plus a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi, Ethernet, television with satellite or cable, and laptop-friendly facilities are available.

The private lanai has views over tropical landscaping, the community pool and two shared hot tubs, with a sliver of ocean visible between buildings. The complex offers tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, a garden, an outdoor shower and the Lava Rock Grill BBQ pavilion. An elevator serves the building.

Kamaole III Beach Park is an easy walk from the building. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby along South Kihei Road, and Kahului Airport (OGG) serves the island. A car is recommended.

A mandatory one-time resort fee of USD40 + tax per stay is payable directly to the resort upon arrival. Guests must register at the front desk at check-in and are responsible for fines arising from failure to register. Children are welcome; pets and smoking are not allowed.
