The house

The condo is fully air conditioned throughout. The living room and primary bedroom open onto a lanai with ocean and Haleakala views, furnished with a table and sofa facing the water.

The fully equipped, all-electric kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils. A stacked washer and dryer is beside the kitchen. Towels, beach towels and extra linens are provided.

Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has direct lanai access and a partial ocean view; the second bedroom has a mountain view. There is one guest full bathroom.

Shared facilities include a seventh-floor rooftop garden with two commercial-grade gas grills, an open-air kitchen, dining tables, lounge chairs and panoramic ocean and mountain views. A solar-heated, tiled community pool sits in a garden on the front lawn, with an outdoor shower and lounge chairs. The building has an elevator.

South Kihei restaurants and shops line the nearby coast. Kahului Airport (OGG) is about 45 minutes north. Free parking, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and satellite or cable television are available.
