The third-floor apartment is served by a lift and accommodates three guests in two bedrooms, with two bathrooms. The living room has a sofa, armchairs and a marble fireplace that cannot be used. A bright dining area adjoins a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom and another full bathroom complete the accommodation.
An internal staircase from the living area leads to a large rooftop terrace overlooking surrounding rooftops and historic monuments. The terrace has a barbecue, gazebo and ornamental plants. A welcome kit is provided.
The main railway station and its airport-shuttle bus stop are less than a 15-minute walk away. Renovation and painting work on the neighbouring building may cause daytime noise. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
