The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by elevator. The living room has a sofa, TV and dining table and opens onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, an oven, refrigerator, freezer and moka coffee maker.
Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and one bedroom opens onto the terrace. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The terrace has a large outdoor dining table and an umbrella.
The apartment is in a limited traffic zone in Palermo’s old town. Palermo train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the airport is a 40-minute drive away.
