Room categories include Standard Single, Standard Double, Triple Standard, Superior, Superior Corner, Deluxe and Mini Suite. All room types described have a private bathroom with a shower, except the Mini Suite, which has a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Room facilities and views differ by category.

The hotel is on Strandgatan in Visby. Some room categories have sea views; a sea view does not mean direct beach access.
