House rules
No smoking. Maximum two pets; dogs must weigh less than 50 lbs. Cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Saturday check-in and checkout. Gas fireplaces are available January 1–April 25 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The home is oceanside, close to the beach, with beach access at Spinnaker Arch Access. Parking is limited to five vehicles. Bed and bath linens are not provided.
