## About the house

Kaleidoscope accommodates up to 11 guests in five bedrooms, with four full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms, two have queen beds, and one has a duo bunk with a double bed below and a twin above.

Level 1 has a library with a gas fireplace, a media room, refrigerator, wet bar, microwave, full bathroom, screened porch and hot tub. Level 2 has a king ensuite bedroom, two queen bedrooms, the duo-bunk bedroom, a full bathroom and a covered deck. Level 3 has a king ensuite bedroom with an adjacent sitting area, kitchen, dining room, great room with a gas fireplace and open decks.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV and multiple televisions, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, basketball hoop and outdoor shower. Five beach chairs are provided. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes and utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Pillows and blankets are provided; bed and bath linens are not provided.

Community facilities include tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access. K Club Golf and the Welcome Program are available. Parking accommodates five vehicles. Up to two dogs weighing less than 50 lbs each are permitted, subject to the pet rules.
