This recently remodeled condo sleeps up to four with a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a built-in double-size Murphy bed in the living area. Air conditioning runs throughout, and both sleeping areas have ceiling fans. The open living area has tile floors, tropical furnishings, a TV and sliding-door access to a furnished lanai overlooking the community pool and the Pacific. A dining table and breakfast bar also provide laptop-friendly space.

The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker and crockpot. Kitchen basics, dishes, utensils and tools for the complex barbecue grills are provided.

Shared grounds include a swimming pool with loungers and seating, tropical gardens, and an outdoor barbecue and picnic area in a low-rise complex. The condo includes free Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, beach towels, linens, a hair dryer and an iron. Entertainment includes a smart TV, satellite or cable TV and a DVD player. A private entrance and smartlock support self check-in and checkout. Free parking is available.

Kailua Pier, Ali‘i Drive, farmers’ markets, shops and cafés are within walking reach. Snorkeling, diving and sunset cruises depart from the pier. A car is not necessary.
