Kalama Terrace P302 sleeps four with a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The bedroom has Martha Stewart Maui Medallion linens, Supima cotton sheets and a ceiling fan, and is near the condo's only full bathroom. Air conditioning covers part of the condo, with ceiling fans throughout.

The equipped kitchen includes Corelle dishware, a full-size range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Dining options include an indoor table for two, barstool seating on the lanai and the covered poolside BBQ area. A car is recommended.
