Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No parties or venue use, no smoking and no pets. The home is not suitable for children under 12. It is a personal residence, so owner belongings may require storage space. Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal.
