Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
You cannot book just one room; you must book a minimum of one villa.
Are meals provided onsite?
Healthy home-cooked meals made with locally sourced fresh ingredients are provided, with cuisines including Italian and Indian. Seafood and mutton may be served subject to availability at an additional cost. Tea and coffee are served during breakfast and evening tea time; service at other times can be arranged at an additional charge.
Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are good, but guests should check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
Can the villa be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Events and shoots are allowed subject to homeowner approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost, and a refundable deposit and additional charges may apply depending on the event and its requirements. Loud music is permitted only during certain hours.
