## About the house

The villa offers 1,874 square feet of interior space, an open living and dining area, and multiple private lanais overlooking tropical gardens and courtyards. Central air conditioning serves the living and dining areas and all three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has garden views, a private lanai, a ceiling fan and an ensuite full bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has garden views and lanai access; Guest Bedroom 3 has a small walk-in closet.

The kitchen has full-size appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker, together with dishes and utensils. A washer, dryer, linens, iron and hair dryer are provided. There is private garage parking, outdoor seating, a smart TV, a high chair and a Pack and Play. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are available.

Shared community facilities include a swimming pool and hot tub a short walk away, a BBQ pavilion and walking paths through landscaped grounds. Hideaways Beach and Hanalei Bay are a short drive away. Golf, scenic overlooks, shopping and dining at Princeville Center are nearby. Lihu'e Airport is approximately one hour away.

Self check-in and check-out are offered. Mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies to reservations of 10 nights or more; stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected when booking, and customer support coordinates scheduling and charges.
