Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Smoking is not allowed and pets are not permitted. Additional kayaks and paddleboards, as well as cruiser bicycles, are available for discounted rental and require a signed waiver.
Getting there
The villa is beachfront on Bio Bay in Cayman Kai, with a concrete pathway leading from the pool deck to the sandy beach and private dock. Guests can walk to Rum Point, The Kaibo and Starfish Point. The property offers access to a private dock; the boat shown in photographs is not included, although boat rental can be arranged.
