The house

Sliding glass walls connect two living-room seating areas with ocean breezes and poolside spaces. The dining area has wood-beamed ceilings and views of the courtyard and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has a curved breakfast bar, high-end appliances, ample preparation space, and ocean views. Water is filtered throughout the home.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, ensuite bathroom, and ocean view. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. These bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and blackout drapes. The separate pool house doubles as a gym and has a full-size Murphy bed, ensuite bathroom, pool view, central air conditioning, and ceiling fan. A powder room is also available.

The private pool courtyard includes a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and shaded decks. A lawn and private path lead directly to Kailua Beach. Outdoor amenities include a gas barbecue, outdoor shower, lanai, outdoor seating, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, elliptical machine, and yoga mat are provided. Entertainment includes smart television, satellite or cable TV, a stereo, and a Sonos audio system. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, outdoor lighting, and security cameras.

Lanikai Beach, the Lanikai Pillbox Trail, boutique shopping, and golf courses are a short drive away. The minimum rental period is 30 days, with exclusive use of the property. The property is currently for sale; the property manager will contact guests to arrange showings at a convenient time.
