## About the house

The villa accommodates ten guests in five king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The primary suite has panoramic ocean views, a private lanai, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Guest Suite 2 opens to the courtyard, and Guest Suite 4 has lanai access. The upstairs fifth suite is a studio apartment with a kitchenette and lounge area.

The open-plan great room has high ceilings, travertine floors and floor-to-ceiling glass opening to the lanai. The dining area seats ten and overlooks the beach and gardens. The main kitchen includes an island, wine fridge, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances; a barbecue is also available.

A covered lanai, courtyard dining area and private lawn surround an 80-foot private lap pool. A private oceanside gate leads directly from the yard to Kailua Beach. Beach chairs, beach towels and an outdoor shower are provided.

The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, a gated driveway and free garage parking. Self check-in and check-out are available. Kailua Beach Park, Kalapawai Market, Island Snow and local cafés are within walking reach. Lanikai Beach, Kailua Town, golf courses, the Pillbox hiking trail and Nuuanu Pali Lookout are a short drive away.
