Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. The property is made exclusively available to the renter for a full 30-day period, and no one else may occupy it during that period. Inquire about the 30-day rental arrangement.
Getting there
A private path provides direct access to Kailua Beach. Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach are within walking access. Kailua Town, Mid-Pacific Country Club and the Lanikai Pillbox Hike are a short drive away. A car is necessary.
