The open-concept great room has large windows, vaulted ceilings and natural wood finishes, with access to the lanai and pool terrace. A kitchen with dual islands, marble surfaces, custom cabinetry and premium appliances connects to ocean-view dining space. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, wine fridge and toaster oven.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, ocean view, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; Guest Bedrooms 3–6 each have a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 7 has a queen bed. The carriage house loft has a flexible layout, full bathroom and kitchenette.

A private heated courtyard pool and spa sit among tropical landscaping, with covered lanais, a garden, private yard and outdoor shower. A private path crosses the landscaped dunes directly to Kailua Beach. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, a beach bag and a cooler are provided.

Facilities include central air conditioning, a full laundry room with washer and dryer, a media space, smart television, satellite or cable TV, toys, a high chair and an EV charger. Parking includes a two-car garage and a sports-car bay, with free parking and street parking also offered. Self check-in and check-out are available.

Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach are within walking access. Kailua Town’s shops, cafés and dining, Mid-Pacific Country Club and the Lanikai Pillbox Hike are a short drive away. The property is offered exclusively to one renter for a full 30-day period.
