The house

Kailua Beach House occupies a quiet cul-de-sac and offers more than 3,700 square feet of living space. The open-plan living and dining areas have vaulted ceilings, natural stone floors, expansive windows, pool and garden views, and sliding glass doors opening to the lanai. Indoor dining seats eight, and a second sitting nook provides space for reading or conversation.

The kitchen has granite counters, bar seating and stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Equipment includes a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, mixer and cooking utensils.

The private yard contains a curved-edge pool with an attached spa, tropical planting, a covered lanai with cushioned seating and dining for eight, a grill, and a raised deck with loungers. Beach towels are provided.

The primary bedroom and second guest bedroom each have a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, garden views, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed; the fourth has a queen sofa bed. Both have air conditioning, ceiling fans and shared bathroom access. A separate powder room is also available.

Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a two-car garage, smart television and a Sonos audio system. Linens, extra bedding, a hair dryer, iron and safe are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

Kailua Beach is a short walk away, and Kailua Town's shops, markets and cafés are minutes away. Lanikai Beach, Pillbox Trail and golf courses are a short drive away. The home is offered for monthly vacation stays with a minimum 30-day booking period.
