Before you book
House rules
A five-night minimum stay is required. Four-night stays may be accommodated with a higher cleaning fee, and shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. Six nights and full occupancy are required over Thanksgiving week; seven nights and full occupancy are required over Easter, Christmas, and New Year's weeks. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and occupy the villa throughout the stay. No smoking, pets, weddings, or events exceeding the villa occupancy limit are permitted. Discounted rentals of bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards require a signed waiver. The detached two-bedroom guest cottage is an optional add-on and is not rented separately to unrelated guests of the main house.
Getting there
The villa is beachfront on the Bioluminescent Bay in Cayman Kai. Rum Point Club is 400 yards up the street, and Kaibo Marina is a 5–10 minute walk away. The property has a private dock for boat and charter pickup. Beach conditions may vary seasonally, including sargassum and ocean debris.
