House rules
Smoking is not permitted. No weddings or events are allowed. The property accommodates 18 guests, with a maximum of 16 adults. The bunk suite sleeps four children or no more than two adults. Paddleboards, kayaks and cruiser bicycles are available for discounted rental, and a signed waiver is required.
Getting there
The property is on the Bioluminescent Bay in Cayman Kai with a private beachfront and dock. Rum Point Club is 400 yards up the street, and Kaibo Marina is a short 5–10 minute walk away. The cove has calm, shallow water; shoreline conditions may vary with tides, weather and seasonal sargassum.
