The house

The villa accommodates eight guests and has 3,105 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Great-room glass doors connect the formal dining and living areas to the main lanai, with a second outdoor living area and several lanais across two levels. Interiors include hardwood floors, stone counters, blue and neutral tones, ceiling fans, television and stereo.

The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, kitchen basics, wine cooler and ice maker. Outdoor dining includes a BBQ and sun loungers. Two bedrooms have king beds and two have queen beds. Each bedroom has outdoor access, a lanai, ocean and mountain views, split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, television, walk-in closet and an ensuite with double sinks, a separate shower and bathtub.

Shared resort facilities include the Kaiholo and Maliula pools, hot tub, sauna, Timbers Spa, fitness center, tennis courts, bicycles and the Ocean Course at Hokuala. Hualani's Restaurant and Bar and Nalu's Restaurant at Maliula Pool provide on-property dining. Weekly resort activities are available. Kaua'i Beach Boys Concierge can arrange spa services, watersports, fishing, cycling, hiking, scuba diving and snorkeling. On-property rental cars, valet or self-parking and paid beach-equipment rentals are available.

Other amenities include a garden, game room, toys, satellite or cable television, linens, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, safe and smart lock.

Daily buffet breakfast is included for a maximum of two guests per bedroom, up to eight guests for the residence. Daily housekeeping, roundtrip airport transfers, concierge services and pre-arrival grocery shopping are included. A daily $40 resort fee is charged by Hokuala Resort and paid upon checkout. Children are welcome; smoking is not allowed. A car is recommended for exploring beyond the resort.
