The house

The residence sleeps eight and has at least three private lanais. Broad glass doors connect the hardwood-floored great room to the main lanai, with a formal dining area and a separate den. Outdoor spaces include sun loungers and a barbecue.

The fully equipped kitchen has stone counters, a wine cooler, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, and ice maker. Two bedrooms have king beds and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, television, walk-in closet, split air conditioning, and a lanai with ocean and mountain views. The primary ensuite has double sinks and a separate tub and shower; the second primary ensuite has a soaking tub and double sinks, and the guest ensuite has double sinks.

Shared resort facilities include Kaiholo and Maliula Pools, a hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, the Ocean Course at Hokuala, Timbers Spa, and Timbers Fitness Center. Dining options include Hualani's Restaurant and Bar and Nalu's Restaurant at Maliula Pool. Bicycles, Kauai Beach Boys Concierge, spa services, and weekly resort activities are available. Other amenities include a garden, game room, toys, stereo, and satellite or cable television.

Roundtrip airport transfers, daily housekeeping, and daily buffet breakfast for a maximum of two guests per bedroom are included. Pre-arrival grocery shopping, on-property rental cars, concierge services, and paid beach equipment rentals are available. The residence has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, free parking, and elevator access in the building. A $40 daily resort fee is charged by Hokuala Resort and paid upon checkout.
